The minimum driving age for the ATV is 16 years old. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
A valid photo ID is required for all participants, and a driver’s license may be requested for those operating the ATV.
For safety reasons, the experience is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with back, neck, or heart conditions.
Basic swimming skills are recommended for the cenote or underground river activity.
Guests should be comfortable with moderate physical activity, including walking on uneven terrain and climbing stairs at the archaeological site.
The tour operates in most weather conditions; in case of severe weather, certain activities may be adjusted for safety.
Helmets and safety equipment must be worn at all times during the ATV activity.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of each guest; lockers are available on-site.
